What are credits?
1 credit = 1 page of a document processed by our AI. A 10-page bank statement uses 10 credits. Credits reset each billing cycle.
What happens if I run out of credits?
You can purchase a top-up anytime — 4 tiers from £10/40cr up to £450/3000cr. Top-ups expire 3 months after purchase. Your account also uses a soft overdraft on paid plans, so processing never stops mid-document.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — every new account starts with 50 free credits, no card required. The free trial allows up to 5 cases so you can try the full workflow. Upgrade for unlimited cases.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrading or downgrading applies pro-rata from your next billing date. Cancel anytime from your account settings.
